All EMEET commercial kitchen appliances come with a 2-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects.
During the warranty period, we provide free technical support, replacement parts (excluding consumables), and guidance for repair.

⚙️ What’s Covered: Electrical components, heating elements, and structural defects.
?️ What’s Not Covered: Damage caused by misuse, improper installation, or normal wear and tear.

Returns
We accept returns within 20 days of delivery under the following conditions:

• Products must be unused and in resalable condition.
• All original packaging, accessories, and manuals must be included.
• Return shipping cost is the buyer’s responsibilityunless the return is due to product defect or our fault.

Please contact us before returning any item to receive return authorization and instructions.
